Together we will build Powerful Habits for a Positive Mind
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insights about ourselves (including our saboteurs or limiting beliefs) and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s exactly what the Empowered Positive Intelligence programme supports and guides you to do. This is what it includes:
- 7 week guided Positive Intelligence programme with me, Emma Thorne Lees and a community of 5 women in total.
– One hour of weekly modules via the app (to be done in your own time between Saturday and Monday each week),
– Daily exercises in the app that last 15 minutes total each day,
– Powerful small group community support for 50 minutes on Monday or Tuesday of each week of the programme. - One on one coaching – Total support and guidance – In addition to the Positive Intelligence 7 week programme you will receive 3 one on one 60 minute coaching sessions with me for personalised attention to get clear on what matters most to you before, during and after the programme – to create lasting change that works for you.
These 3 hours of personal coaching will be:
– One hour of sessions during the Positive Intelligence 7 week programme (between 2nd November and mid December) to best support you, followed by,
– Two one hour sessions at the end of the programme to move forward with personalised support and flow to what you want to create most moving forward (these will take place between mid December and end February 2025). - Positive Intelligence App – One year access to the Positive Intelligence app with all the modules, exercises covered during the 7 weeks and community support.
- Audio book – ´Positive Intelligence´ to accompany your journey throughout.

What does the Empowered Positive Intelligence programme actually include?
You will be guided by me every step of the way throughout the Empowered Positive Intelligence programme:
- One on one support – We will meet one on one for 60 minutes during the programme (when it is most beneficial to you) and for two hours after the end of the 7 week Positive Intelligence programme.
- Weekly Focus – A Weekly hour-long video (for 7 weeks) via the app delivers deep exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energised to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.
Weekly from Saturday 2nd November until 16th December you will have one hour video modules (shared in bite-size pieces) to be done in your own time (between Saturday to Monday each week). - Daily Practice – 15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways) and grow your mental fitness. These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customised based on how you self-sabotage.
In practice, this means between Tuesday – Friday each week, via the app there will be 4 exercises/tools to do throughout the day that last approximately 2 minutes each to build up your sage and quieten your saboteurs to do in your own time. - Community Support – You will also be part of a support and accountability group with other amazing midlife women. We will meet at a time suitable to all participants on Monday or Tuesday each week from 4th November until 17th December. Each session will last 50 minutes maximum.
Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
